Dubbed “Ibex” internally, the Steam Controller 2 could very well be the spiritual successor to the original controller released in 2015. Brad Lynch, a well-known leaker in the gaming community, claims that the device is currently being prepared for mass production. Unlike its predecessor, this new controller would have symmetrical levers and ergonomics close to the Steam Deck.
