The main advantage of switching to AMD’s new mobile processors is that they include a more muscular graphics section, through their integrated Radeon 890M. The latter quite clearly surpasses the old Radeon 780M, which can be found, for example, on the ASUS ROG Ally X.
Compared to the Ryzen Z1 Extreme on the ASUS console, we can expect roughly 15-20% higher graphics performance. This is far from negligible, especially when this estimate is for the AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 version of OneXPlayer F1 Pro.
On this model, we are promised, for example, an average of 58 FPS per Black Myth: Wukong (compared to 50 FPS at 1080p and low speed on the ASUS ROG Ally X). Promising level of performance, a fortiori if we stick to what it specifies PCWorld. According to the dedicated website, these results were obtained on a “preliminary” version of OneXPlayer F1 Pro, limited to only 15 watts TDP.
