Persistent rumors about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim indicate a significant advance in mobile photography.
According to information shared by Sanju Choudhary’s X platform leak, this new Galaxy S25 Slim could redefine the standards of smartphone photography while maintaining a slim silhouette. The heart of this innovation is an impressive main sensor with a resolution of 200 MPIsocell HP5, equipped with a “1/1.56 inch” sensor.. Despite its delicacy, the device would retain the triple-lens configuration, marking a technical tour de force for the Korean giant.
An ultra-wide module wouldn’t be beat 50MP Isocell JN5 sensor and 1/2.76 inch size. The telephoto lens, meanwhile, would also offer a 50MP resolution with 3.5x optical zoom, using a sensor with similar dimensions.

Samsung will use new technology in the Galaxy S25 Slim
This technical feat would be possible thanks to the integration of ALoP (All Lenses on Prism) technology recently introduced by Samsung. This innovation allows the lenses to be arranged horizontally on the prism and thus remain flush with the body of the smartphone. An ingenious solution that would reconcile photographic performance and ultra-thin design.
This new speculation echoes rumors that surfaced at the beginning of November, especially those of the famous leaker Ice Universe, who already mentioned the presence ofsensor worthy of the Ultra model on this Slim version. The Galaxy S25 Slim could thus be positioned as a spiritual successor to the Galaxy S24 FE, with the market launch planned for the second half of 2025.
