The TC500 Luxe is significantly more expensive than the previous Corsair tested at Clubic and is more of a high-end model, but not intended to compete with the most ergonomic models. They form a kind of in-between place where comfort is clearly the main goal and hell, your bum is gently resting on the thick foam of your seat.
The file is not left out and we benefit here from very well integrated support from Corsair. Visually very decent, the lumbar reinforcement is well adjustable, further improving the already great comfort of the whole. A neck rest alone may not be suitable for all body types, but we know how difficult it can be to please the neck.
Another complaint, given the price, Corsair should have provided assembly instructions and the brand should have taken care of the rear panels as well. That said, the only real question the TC500 Luxe presents is the longevity of its foam, the firmness of its “premium breathable fabric” cover, although we have more faith in the Corsair on that level.
